Deprecations
the 'gnr app update' cli command has been marked as deprecated
The "site in maintenance" feature has been deprecated and removed.
getVolumeService() and legacy volumes configuration have been deprecated in favor of section 'services'
the subdomain concept from wsgisite and gnrwebpage has been dropped (#334)
